Think of me as your calm, practical toolkit. I’ll choose from the methods below (and we’ll often blend a couple in the same session) to help you resolve what’s going on and move forward feeling lighter. I'll show you how to use these techniques yourself for self-care between and after sessions.

Havening Techniques® Practitioner Training (coming soon / limited places)

I am currently working towards qualification as a Havening Techniques® Practitioner Trainer.

As part of my final trainer requirement, I’m offering a small number of places on my first Havening Techniques® Practitioner training course, delivered live via Zoom in a supportive small-group setting.

This is a 16-hour course, with dates arranged to suit the group.

Havening Techniques: is a gentle psychosensory approach that helps the nervous system settle, and can reduce the emotional intensity linked to specific memories, triggers or recurring feelings. It may be used as part of a session when it feels helpful to calm anxiety, soften emotional reactions, or create a sense of safety in the body. Some people find it especially useful when they feel “stuck” despite understanding their issue logically. It is a perfect tool for self-care outside of sessions.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often known as tapping, combines light tapping on acupressure points with focused words and attention. It can be a useful way of reducing stress responses, easing emotional overload, and shifting patterns such as self-criticism, worry, cravings or overwhelm. It’s also something many clients like to learn as a simple tool they can use between sessions.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): offers practical tools for understanding how patterns are created and reinforced — and for gently changing them. It can be helpful for mindset work, emotional regulation, confidence building, boundaries, motivation, and letting go of automatic reactions that no longer serve you. NLP may be included where it supports clearer thinking, stronger self-belief, or more helpful internal habits.

Hypnosis: is a calm, focused state that can support positive subconscious change - without effort or “forcing” things through willpower alone. It can be useful for strengthening confidence, easing anxiety, improving sleep, or supporting behavioural shifts where habits and emotions are deeply ingrained. Hypnosis is always collaborative and you remain in control throughout. I can make bespoke recordings for you and your situation if I think it will be useful.

You may experience various sensations or emotions - we will discuss these as we go.

During the whole process we will calibrate - check to see how the impact of the memory is changing in your mind.

At the end of the session we will debrief to ensure that your goal has been reached.

Simple issues can be resolved sometimes as quickly as ten minutes - more deeply ingrained and complex issues can take more than one session to resolve.  It's common to find that the memory we are dealing with is linked to others, requiring further sessions.

Everyone is different and I will always respect your individuality.  The session will be tailored to and focused on YOU.

At the end of our session I will offer guidance on Havening to be done in your own time to meet your further goals.  

Every session is held in a safe, confidential environment.
