STEP # 1: We will have an opening discussion to find out what issue/s you have and what you would like to achieve from the session. If the issue is very sensitive, Havening can actually be done "content free" meaning that I do not need to know the details of the issue as long as you can recall them clearly.
STEP #2: I will explain the Havening movements (just three simple, comforting movements)
STEP #3: I will guide you through the Havening session as we both Haven together.
You may experience various sensations or emotions - we will discuss these as we go.
During the whole process we will calibrate - check to see how the impact of the memory is changing in your mind.
At the end of the session we will debrief to ensure that your goal has been reached.
Simple issues can be resolved sometimes as quickly as ten minutes - more deeply ingrained and complex issues can take more than one session to resolve. It's common to find that the memory we are dealing with is linked to others, requiring further sessions.
Everyone is different and I will always respect your individuality. The session will be tailored to and focused on YOU.
At the end of our session I will offer guidance on Havening to be done in your own time to meet your further goals.
