I can help you overcome the emotional intensity associated with traumatic memories, phobias, or other distressing experiences.

What Makes Me Different?

I am very passionate about helping people. I spend a lot of time learning and practicing new techniques to help others. My Havening and NLP practice is just a part-time job; my main job is being an accountant. This means I am not in it for the money, so I won’t suggest sessions you don’t need. I am completely focused on what’s best for you.

How Havening & My Approach Works

We will start with a discussion about the issue/s you're experiencing and what you would like to achieve. We will make a plan and get your session/s booked at a time that's convenient for you.

It's useful to know that, if the issue is very sensitive, Havening can actually be done "content free" meaning that I do not need to know the details of the issue as long as you can recall them clearly.

If I don't feel I can help, I will explain why.

In our first Havening Session we will discuss in more detail the issues you are dealing with and attempt to find the root cause. We will Haven together to deal with issues that arise.

Depending on your capacity for the process, we may deal with more than one issue. Some people find it tiring and want to keep the sessions short. Others are able to work for longer. Sessions average an hour, but in reality can vary from 20 minutes to well over an hour. I will be guided by YOU.

We will set up a plan for the following session(s) which will follow a similar format.

You may experience various sensations or emotions - we will discuss these as we go.

During the whole process we will calibrate - check to see how the impact of the memory is changing in your mind.

At the end of the session we will debrief to ensure that your goal has been reached.

Simple issues can be resolved sometimes as quickly as ten minutes - more deeply ingrained and complex issues can take more than one session to resolve.  It's common to find that the memory we are dealing with is linked to others, requiring further sessions.

At the end of our session I will offer guidance on Havening to be done in your own time to meet your further goals.  

Everyone is different and I will always respect your individuality.  The session will be tailored to and focused on YOU.

Every session is held in a safe and completely confidential environment.
